All goods sold by DONNTEC are covered by a minimum one (1) year warranty on parts and labour, as provided by the manufacturers for specific components, and by DONNTEC for labour. Software issues are NOT covered. If you have a faulty computer or component purchased from DONNTEC and wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us via the Returns Enquiries email and arrange to have it available for collection in the Mildura area.

Note ~ Any overclocking conducted on the machine generally voids warranties on system critical components - DONNTEC recommends only attempting overclocks if this is fully understood.

In the instance that your issue is not found to be a warrantable one, standard computer repair charges may apply.
